THE RESIDENCE
B&B L’UCCELLIERA is located on a predominant position
with a privileged view of
the surrounding landscape, gentle hills decorated by
countless vineyards and woods in one of the most renowned and
suggestive areas of Tuscany between the cities of Florence and Pisa.
The owners realized a cozy, friendly lodging close to their house
(but with totally indipendent
access), by renovating a dependance. They mantained the
caracteristics of the traditional Tuscan country house, like the
terracotta flooring and the timber & blocks ceiling. B&B
L’Uccelliera is a wonderful place
where you can spend a 100% relaxing holiday in Tuscany,
walk in the countryside, enjoy the beautiful landscape of the
Tuscan Appenninis mountains, or visit the cities of Florence, Siena,
Pisa, Arezzo, Vinci, San Gimignano, Montecatini Terme. All these
cities can easily be reached from B&B L’Uccelliera, thanks to our
location in the heart of Tuscany. B&B L’Uccelliera
is surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, and we will be pleased to
make you live your dream vacation, full of art, nature, relax and
total privacy.

The flat is fully “traditional- Tuscan style” furnished and is the
ideal option for your exclusive, unforgettable holiday. B&B
L’UCCELLIERA is 60/65 sqmt large on a single floor and has a large
garden.The
flat has an indipendent entrance and is composed by: living room
with fireplace, large table
(up to 20 seats), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hoven,
fridge), TV SAT, 2 double bedrooms (a further single bed can be
placed on request) and a restroom with shower. Such environment can
easily allow you to organze lunches/ dinners with friends, parties
etc… From the dining
room a flight of steps brings you to a walk through a big park with
a large amount of typical Mediterranean plants; you’ll get the
chance to experience the real Tuscan countryside and hopefully see
the wildlife running about its habitat (turtles, rabbits, foxes,
porcupines, yews…). The
park is also equipped with garden chairs, tables and child’s games,
in order to let you enjoy your time. Private car parkings are
available. Pets are not allowed.
